What's next?
What do I need to be able to donate?
A clean title, a vehicle to donate, and a phone to contact us. That's it!
What does Lemondrop do with the vehicle?
All vehicles are put toward our programs. Functioning vehicles are either used by our volunteers to pick up donations, or they're fixed up and passed to families in need in the local community.
Non working vehicles that cannot be fixed are sold for salvage and the money is put toward keeping Lemondrop's programs going!
But what do I get out of it?
As a Federally registered 501c3 Nonprofit organization, we are able to provide a Tax Donation Receipt for the FULL value of any donated vehicle! (The same way that Goodwill does)
We are happy to provide any donor a Tax Donation receipt. Even if your vehicle is crashed, dented, or not working!
Tax Donation Receipts are able to be written off your personal or business TAXES at the end of the year, for a discount against the amount you owe the IRS!
