Betsy Frazier - Navajo Angel

Betsy Frazier and her husband Jim (he passed a few years ago), dedicated their lives to bringing hope and faith to the Navajo Native Americans on the reservation near Flagstaff Arizona over 47 years ago. Now alone, Betsy lives a very simple life on the edge of the reservation. She gives them Bibles, counsels them, gives clothing, food, childrens toys, household items... in short she is a one woman ministry, a guardian angel to these beautiful people who have been forgotten by the world. She (with her husband prior to his passing) have done it alone for all these years. Areas of the reservation are very poor, and she has dedicated her life to helping those who need her most.

On July 27th 2017, Betsy had a grave accident where she nearly died. Her small homestead is surrounded by free-range cattle farm lands (her property is entirely fenced). Two bulls jumped her fence and one rammed her in the head and stepped on her leg, cutting her to the bone. A Navajo couple who sees her regularly found her bleeding and dazed, they called 911 and made sure she got to the hospital. She has two skull fractures, a cheekbone fracture, a cracked orbital bone and a chunk missing from her leg.

Her family is now caring for her during her 6 week recovery, and they will help her when she returns to the mission.

We have supported Betsy both personally, and as a nonprofit (sending her clothing and childrens toys that we can't use). She has asked for prayer for a quick recovery, but we want to give her more.

We are asking for your help, we want to send Betsy as much monetary support as possible, to help her with medical bills.

Please help us support Betsy in her time of need, as she has supported the Navajo people all these years. 100% of the money donated (minus JustGiving's fee) will be sent directly to Betsy.
