Greetings to Stoney and GreatNonprofits 2019!

We are so happy to welcome Stoney into the Lemondrop family. ❤️

Stony is a 34 year old Blue Crown Conure. He came from an amazing loving home who had rescued him many years ago, they loved him so much that they realized they didn’t have enough time amid their busy working and travel schedule to give him (especially in his advanced age). They asked if we could give him the loving forever home he needed for the rest of his years. We were so happy to say yes!

Stoney is settling in nicely so far, though he is very tired from his busy first two days meeting all the other feathered family. Tico (our Sun Conure) stopped by briefly to say hello, and Stoney flew to the parakeet cage to greet the tiny's. We think he looks like hes smiling as he sits on top of their cage!

We are pleased to announce that we have been gifted the GreatNonprofits Top Rated Nonprofit badge for 2019!

This is our third year in a row being recognized as a great nonprofit. We are humbled and honored.
