Happy Thanksgiving from Lemondrop

Don't forget to support Lemondrop this GIVING TUESDAY, the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. PayPal

At Lemondrop we always try to be grateful for what God has given us every day, and all the amazing little lives He has put into our care. But most especially on Thanksgiving, when we take a whole day to spend with those we love, and remember all that we can be thankful for in our lives. Freedom to be who we want, to choose our lives, and who we love, to cherish those closest to us in our lives, to give back to those in need, for our homes family and friends, to live in this great country that offers us all these things.

At Lemondrop, we are spending the day with our furry and feathered family, giving thanks. Especially with our resident indoor birds and dogs.

This year, we are especially grateful to our supporters and volunteers, who have given even more of themselves this year, to help Lemondrop survive this difficult time in the world. So many of you donated extra this last couple weeks, after our plea for help. We are SO grateful and thankful for each and every one of you. The amount we brought in will help us get through the next couple weeks.

We still need more help to make it through the end of December and January of 2021. There are simple effective ways that you can help Lemondrop this season, when our funding is exceptionally cut back due to the national emergencies and lockdowns.

To donate to Lemondrop outright, please visit our PayPal page, or become a monthly sponsor for one of our beautiful residents. Please remember Lemondrop this Giving Tuesday (the Tuesday after Thanksgiving)!

AmazonSmile - Amazon will donate a portion of all your purchases to Lemondrop!

Don't forget to Like and Follow our Facebook page for daily updates on Lemondrop and tons of cute animal pics.

The work we do is vital. Our Community Food Outreach extends food and household items to more than 600 families each week, something that is critical during this time. At the Farm Sanctuary our 80+ rescued resident animals rely on our food donations and our volunteers love and care.

Thank you to everyone who has given so much of themselves, their time and their resources to help us. Both now and in the past. At Lemondrop we are so incredibly blessed, to have supporters who give so much of themselves so the animals can have what they need. We are so grateful for your generosity and kindness. Jaime, Maria, Gwen, Amanda, Suzanne, Angie, Lisa, Andrea, Alyssa, Pamela, Dana, Robert, Janice, Larame, Joe, Jerry, Jeff, Melissa, Joni, Chris, Grea, Janice and Cindy -- and anyone we may have missed! We couldn't keep doing the vital work we do without you.

Thank you. ❤️

-Team Lemondrop
